Thulane Ndimande is a dedicated public servant currently working as a Compactor Driver at the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality. In addition to his operational role, he serves as an IMATU Shop Steward, where he represents and advocates for workers’ rights, demonstrating his commitment to fairness, accountability, and collective progress.

Academically driven, Thulane holds a Diploma in Tourism and a Diploma in Public Management, and is currently furthering his studies in Electrical Engineering reflecting his strong belief in continuous learning and personal development. Known for his humility, respect, and willingness to grow, he consistently seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills.

In 2023, he founded STJ Projects, a company established in Middelburg with a clear mission: to address the unique challenges faced by the mining and construction industries through innovative and sustainable solutions. Through this venture, Thulane is positioning himself as a forward-thinking entrepreneur committed to practical impact and long-term value creation.
