SIREADY

Born in Polokwane, Limpopo, and educated at the University of Pretoria, Thulani Mphahlele was exposed to the world of business from an early age through his family’s entrepreneurial background. This early immersion shaped his passion for enterprise and laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to building and growing sustainable businesses. He currently resides in Johannesburg, where he continues to expand his entrepreneurial and professional footprint.

Thulani launched his first business while still at university in 2010 and has since gone on to establish multiple ventures across different sectors. In 2017, he founded SIREADY as a vehicle to centralise, structure, and operationalise his entrepreneurial ambitions. Today, he serves as the Managing Director of SIREADY, a diversified investment company focused on startup ventures and property. The company’s investment philosophy is anchored in building long-term legacies through strategic partnerships.

Professionally, Thulani also plays a key leadership role as the overseer of The Association of Allan Gray Makers, a growing community of over 400 artisan-led businesses operating across five provinces. From a strategic standpoint, his mandate is to ensure that these businesses thrive by increasing their income, strengthening their sustainability, and creating meaningful employment opportunities, further reinforcing his commitment to economic development and job creation in South Africa.

Ultimately, Thulani’s journey reflects a deep belief that business is more than profit, it is a tool for transformation. Through disciplined leadership, bold vision, and a commitment to partnership, he continues to build platforms that empower entrepreneurs, create jobs, and leave lasting legacies for future generations.
